Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who we discover are under 18.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@wisewomentribe.com.

Access to certain features requires a paid membership. Membership fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, or any content that interferes with the App’s operation.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the App without our written permission.
• Share confidential content from private community spaces outside the App.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Wise Women a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for operating and improving the App. We will not sell your content to third parties.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Wise Women is a supportive, women-centred community. We expect all members to engage with respect, kindness, and integrity. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, and discrimination of any kind are not tolerated and may result in immediate account termination.

We provide in-app tools to help keep the community safe:

• Report content: You can report any post or comment that you believe violates these Terms by tapping the report option on that content. You may choose a reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate content, misinformation, or other) and add optional notes. We review all reports and respond in a timely manner.
• Block a member: You can block any member from viewing their posts and comments in your feed. Blocks take effect immediately and can be reversed in your account settings.

If you experience urgent safety issues or believe content violates the law, please also contact us directly at support@wisewomentribe.com.

All content provided by Wise Women — including courses, resources, audio, video, graphics, and written materials — is owned by or licenced to Wise Women and protected by copyright. You may access this content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Content on the App is for informational and community purposes and does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or other advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Women shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page in the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content will end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wise Women Masterminds is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
